Thailand supply & export partnership
Asia Business Alliance handles overseas enquiries for sourcing and OEM production in Thailand. We check suppliers, prepare costings and reports, coordinate third-party inspection and export clearance, and arrange shipment by air or sea. Service projects are scoped around the people and delivery work they require.
Send us a brief01 Where we fit
The starting point is a real customer requirement: product, specification, quantity, budget, timing and destination. We bring local knowledge and relationships to sourcing, OEM development, costing and practical export planning.
This can support an existing product order or an early-stage idea that needs a defined trial. We assess each enquiry against the suppliers, production capacity and delivery options available for that project, then report what we find.

We join the commercial brief to the work taking place on the ground in Thailand.
Review the buyer's enquiry and identify suitable Thai suppliers, makers or OEM producers. Confirm who can meet the specification, quantity and timing before an offer is made.
Develop product or production options, prepare project costings and report findings, constraints and next decisions to the customer. Agree the checks and responsibilities for the order.
Coordinate third-party inspection where required, export documents and clearance with qualified providers, then arrange air or sea shipment and delivery handover.
03 Working sequence
The first step is to make the requirement and responsibilities clear. A sample, pilot order or service trial can test important assumptions before a larger programme begins.
Product or service, specification, quantity, target cost, timing, destination and decision makers.
Check suppliers or OEM capability, production options, availability, indicative costs and delivery path.
Share findings and costings, arrange samples or independent inspection where useful, and agree scope and terms.
Manage preparation, export clearance and air or sea freight with the relevant providers, then report handover.
04 Scope for each project
ABA's role, the seller or service provider, quality criteria, commercial terms and logistics responsibilities are defined for each engagement. Supply, pricing, timing and destination requirements are checked against the actual project. Specialist transport, customs and regulated work are assigned to appropriately qualified providers where required.
